At TURTLEBOX, we stand behind the rugged durability of our electronics and offer a 30-day return window for items in their original condition. If your gear doesn't meet your expectations, we are committed to making it right with a straightforward exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Shipping Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and securely package your TURTLEBOX device in its original box.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location to ensure tracked delivery back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Our technical team will inspect the returned unit within 5 business days of receipt, after which your refund or replacement will be processed immediately.
